1. Pre-sales: Establish customer files, contact customers, introduce our factory's technology and drying equipment, understand user needs, recommend appropriate equipment, arrange trial materials and related technical preparations, and refine technical parameters.

2. Sales: Provide users with relevant drawings and technical data, coordinate equipment installation and construction, and keep users informed of production speed and quality. 3. After-sales:
