This small centrifugal spray dryer is specially developed for scientific research department, colleges and universities, enterprises and institutions and engineering experiment centers, for experiment, small test and pilot test and so on.
The equipment is mainly composed of a junior middle efficient filter, an electric heating box, a spray tower main body, a frequency conversion atomizer, a cyclone separator, an induced draft fan, a hot air pipe, an electric control box, etc. All parts are centralized on one frame, with wheels at the bottom of the frame for easy movement. The interface is simple and can be used only by connecting the power supply.
The drying speed is fast. After atomization, the surface area of the feed liquid increases greatly, and the moisture can be evaporated 65-98% in the hot air instantly.
