Overview:
The material enters the machine from the feeding port. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown in the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. Discharge, the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.
The method of segmented heating is adopted. The pre-drying section adopts high pressure and low air volume fan, so that the wet material can be completely fluidized; the drying section adopts low pressure and high air volume fan, which can take away more water per unit time and dry evenly; the cooling section adopts The high air volume fan can quickly take away heat and reduce the temperature of the product, which not only meets the requirements of moisture control, but also facilitates the subsequent packaging process.
1. Drying medium circulation system: The blower, heater and air inlet pipe are made of stainless steel to avoid the possibility of product being polluted by unclean air.
2. The quick-opening structure is adopted between the upper and lower beds of the drying machine, which changes the bolt-fixed connection of the traditional structure, which greatly facilitates the thorough cleaning of the system.
3. The hole pattern of the material bed plate adopts a combined structure, and the front section adopts a tongue-shaped hole, so that the material can move forward smoothly without leakage; the middle and rear end adopt straight holes, the penetration rate of hot air is higher, drying The heat exchange of the process is more complete.
4. The lower bed is supported by stainless steel seamless steel pipe, the bed structure is stronger and the service life is long.
5. The interior of the lower bed is made of stainless steel fully welded to prevent sewage from entering the insulation layer during cleaning, thereby affecting the quality of the product, and a cleaning port is also provided to facilitate cleaning of the equipment.
