YPG Pressure Spray Dryer Description
YPG pressure spray dryer is suitable for solution, suspension, slurry, paste material, etc. Liquid material is atomized to small fog drops. And fog drops contact with hot air directly in the drying tower. Moisture content is evaporated instantly. So spray dryer features high efficiency, high mass transfer area, and short drying time, in general it is 5~30 seconds. Operating temperature can be adjusted according to actual situation, in general inlet air temperature is 150~500°C. And its automation control degree is control, environment solution environment can be solved.

Product introduction:
Spray dryer granulator combines drying and granulating two functions together. According to requirements of producing techniques, pressure flow, spray hole size and pump of liquid material’s nozzle can be adjusted, granule balls with specific size and ratio are produced.
Working Principle:
Liquid raw material is input through high-pressure pump, atomized to slim water drops and sprayed, then it integrates with hot air and fall down. Majority of powder granule are collected from outlet of discharge at the bottom of equipment. The wasted air and fine powder are separated through cyclone, wasted air is exhaust from draught fan, and fine powder is collected at the bottom of cyclone. At the outlet, there is an equipped diode duster; therefore, finished powder granule collection ratio keeps at high level between 96% to 98%.
Characteristics:
1. Drying speed is high. When liquid raw material is atomized, the surface of the material will be enlarged greatly. In the hot air flow, 95% - 98% of water can be evaporated instantly. The time of completing the drying just only several seconds. This is especially suit for drying heating sensitive material.
2. Finished products are granuled ball with uniform size; humidity and solubility are good, high quality and high purity.
3. Wide range of applications, strong adoptability to raw materials, depend on the characteristics of raw material, It can apply hot air or cooling air to dry and granulate.
