The SZG Series Industrial Vacuum Drying Equipment represents a new generation of drying technology, meticulously developed by combining the strengths of leading domestic and international designs. Engineered for high-efficiency industrial operations, this equipment optimizes heat transfer and vacuum pressure to deliver superior drying results in a fraction of the time required by traditional methods.

Superior Mechanical Stability: Using a unique belt-chain dual-elastic connection, the SZG series ensures exceptionally stable operation. This design maintains the perfect concentricity of the two shafts, extending the life of the American-technology mechanical seals.
Advanced Process Control (SZG-A): The upgraded SZG-A model features stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control, allowing operators to fine-tune the drying process for complex mineral raw materials or biochemical products.
Optimized for Industrial Materials: Specifically designed for powdered, granular, and fibrous materials that are easily oxidized, volatile, or heat-sensitive.The vacuum environment ensures moisture is discharged and recovered promptly without destroying the material’s crystallization.
GMP Compliant Construction: Built for the pharmaceutical and food industries, the equipment is easy to operate, maintain, and clean, ensuring zero contamination during the industrial drying cycle.
Working Principle
◎ Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the sealed jacket, and the heat is transferred to the material being dried through the inner shell.
◎ Driven by a power source, the tank rotates slowly, continuously mixing the material inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
◎ The material is under vacuum, and the decrease in vapor pressure causes the moisture (solvent) on the material surface to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump. The process of moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously permeating to the surface, evaporating, and being discharged continues, allowing the material to achieve its drying purpose in a very short time.
Performance Characteristics
◎ When heated by oil, automatic temperature control is used, suitable for drying biochemical products and mineral raw materials.
◎ Temperatures can range from 20 to 160°C.
◎ High thermal efficiency, more than twice that of ordinary ovens.
◎ Indirect heating prevents material contamination, meeting GMP requirements. The equipment is easy to maintain, operate, and clean.
◎ Recommended process setup demonstration: solvent recovery process setup.
Suitable Materials
Suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying of powdered, granular, and fibrous materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as materials requiring low-temperature drying (such as biochemical products). Especially suitable for drying easily oxidized, volatile, heat-sensitive, strongly irritating, toxic materials, and materials for which crystallization cannot be destroyed.
