The WLDH series ribbon mixer consists of a horizontal trough, a spiral agitating blade and a transmission unit. The spiral blade is generally made in two or three layers: the outer ribbon gathers material from both sides toward the centre, while the inner ribbon conveys it from the centre back to the two sides, so the two streams form a continuous convection mixing action. Because the trough can be manufactured with a circular section and fitted with a jacket, the same machine can also be used for reaction and drying when required. This unit is tuned to a 6000L trough and a 2400-3600 kg working batch, giving a compact, energy-efficient solution with a large loading coefficient.
