Installation operation and use
1. After unpacking, first carefully check whether the equipment is damaged during transportation, then put the main engine and auxiliary electrical control devices in place, and then connect the pipes of the main and auxiliary machines. Seals are required for each pipe opening flange assembly. Apply "Iron Anchor 09" liquid sealant to ensure the tightness of the pipeline. All single machines and pipeline flanges are connected with grounding wires and grounded to avoid dust explosion caused by static flint.
2. Before the trial operation of each single machine, it is necessary to check whether there are metal objects in the machine. Discharge if any. Whether the bolts are tight, the tightness of the belt, the reliability of the guard, etc.
3. Boot sequence:
Start each motor in the following order: discharge motor - induced draft fan - host - grading motor - screw feeding motor.
4. After the empty car runs for 5 minutes, the operator carefully observes various instruments on the control cabinet, and the material can be fed only after the no-load current is stable. After feeding, the current is not allowed to exceed the rated value of 8-12 amperes (the specific current rating is determined according to different materials), otherwise the feed rate should be reduced to ensure that the discharge motor can work regularly during normal operation.
5. Can be stopped in the following order:
Screw feeding motor - running for 5 minutes, the main machine can be stopped - grading motor - pulse - induced draft fan - discharge motor.
