This unit is composed of main engine, auxiliary engine, collecting pipeline and electric control device. There is a cyclone dust collector and a filter bag dust collector in the auxiliary machine, which can also be manufactured and used separately according to the requirements of the user. The main machine is equipped with a centrifugal classification device, which can not only complete the crushing, but also has a classification function. Wind selection centrifugal shearing , No screen and no mesh, powder particles can be adjusted arbitrarily, after the material is crushed, it is conveyed to the outlet of the discharge valve by negative pressure to meet the product requirements. This unit is a good machine for crushing materials in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

Working Principle
Air classifier mill material would be conveyed by feeding system evenly to milling chamber, and would be impacted by high speed rotating beater, and also under the centrifugal force, it would impact the grinding track. By several different pulverization powers, the material would be milled into fine powder. The milled powder would go with air flow up to the classifying chamber. With the help of adjustable classifier wheel,coarse powder and fine powder would be separated. Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the cyclone separator or dust collector, while mixture of coarse powder and fine powder would fall down to the milling chamber to be milled again.
