V Type Powder Mixer
Introduction
V-type mixer is produced based on our own advanced technolog, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, building materials industry, paint, condiment and other industries.
Application
This series of machine are newly design, high efficient and high accuracy mixer. It is widely used for dry material grains in the field of medical, chemical, food, metallurgical and other industry.
Working principle
V-shaped cylinder which is driven by the drive shaft rotates around the center of the rotary axis, during which material starts gravity diffusion movement along with the V-shaped inclined cylinder, when the connection of the V-shaped cylinder is rotated in the upper position, the materials collected at the bottom are diverted into the two inclined cylinder bodies, so that the material of each inclined cylinder body can also enter the other inclined body through the joint ports tube inside. With the continuous rotation of the cylinder, the continuous changes of the cylinder body, V-cylinder material is repeatedly dislocation, translation, diffusion, so as to achieve uniform mixing.
Features
1. Using the principle of gravity diffusion, the pressure to the material is small, will not cut the material.
2. Cylinder made of high quality stainless steel, the inner and outer walls are polished, the process of mixing materials without pollution, power consumption is small, easy to clean.
3. Using stainless steel butterfly valve discharge, no dust leakage and flying phenomenon.
4. Large-capacity mixer can be configured with vacuum feeding system to improve work efficiency and improve the working environment.
5. Especially suitable for the materials with similar particle size and apparent density, also can be used for materials which are easy to aggregate.
Mandatory mixing blades can be equipped in order to speed up the mixing speed.
