Main Application :
WLDH Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is a pioneer product researched and a new high-efficiency mixer. It is widely used in the solid-solid (powder material) and solid-liquid (powder material & fluidity material) mixing in the field of chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff industry, etc..

Working principle :
WLDH series mixer is mainly comprised of mixing barrel , spiral ribbon and driven parts. The spiral ribbon is made of two layers.That is, the inner ribbon makes the material move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards which forms a good circulation of material. Ribbon moves so circumferentially that the mixer could achieve fine mixing efficiency in a very short time.

Configuration

1. Optional Stirrer
a. Ribbon is suitable for powder and material with closing density, and needs more force during mixing.
b. Paddle suits granule like rice, nuts, beans etc. It’s also used to mix powder with big difference in density.

2. Material
Material options SS304 and SS316L. The surface treatment of stainless steel, including coated teflon, wire drawing, polishing and mirror polishing, can be used in different ribbon blender parts.

3. Discharge Type
The ribbon blender discharge valve can be driven manually or pneumatically. Optional valves: cylinder valve, butterfly valve etc.

4. Selectable Function

Ribbon blender sometimes needs to be equipped additional functions because of customer requirements, like jacket system for heating and cooling, weighing system, dust removal system, spray system and so on.

a: Adjustable speed: Powder ribbon blender machine can be customized into speed adjustable by installing a frequency converter.
b: Loading system: In order to make the operation of industrial ribbon blender machine more convenient, stairs for small model mixer, working platform with steps for larger model mixer, or screw feeder for automatic loading are all available.
c: Production line: Double ribbon blender can works with screw conveyor, hopper and auger filler to form production lines.
