Introduction

The rake type vacuum dryer generally uses steam or hot water jacket to indirectly heat the material and vents under high vacuum, so it is especially suitable for materials that are not resistant to high temperature, oxidizable at high temperature or materials that are prone to powder when dry (such as Various dyes), as well as the drying of materials that must be recovered from the water vapor removed during the drying process.
The moisture content of the dried material in the dry vacuum dryer is up to 90%, and the lowest is only 15%.

Working principle
The material to be dried is added from the upper part of the upper part of the casing. Under the stirring of the teeth rotating continuously, the material axially moves back and forth, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the casing is continuously updated, and is heated indirectly by steam or heat transfer oil. Stirring evenly, pulverizing the pulverizing rod, vaporizing the water in the material, and under the action of the vacuum system, the internal moisture and surface moisture of the dried material are more advantageously discharged, and the vaporized water is discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

Use of equipment
1. Check whether the transmission parts and sealing parts of the machine body are in good condition; whether the cylinder body is cleaned up; check whether the vacuum suction port filter head is clean.
2. Open the feed port and start feeding. When the vacuum pump is turned on, when the tank reaches a certain degree of vacuum, the material tube is placed in the tank, and the material is sucked into the tank by vacuum. The loading amount shall not exceed 50% of the volume, and the material shall not contain hard block materials.
3. After the filling is completed, close the valve on the vacuum line, remove the feeding nozzle, install the feeding tube cap, close the feeding cover and ensure the sealing performance is good.
4. Open the vacuum line valve to achieve a certain degree of vacuum inside the tank.
5. Turn on the main drive motor to make the spindle balance start and rotate.
6. Open the jacketed heating steam or hot water valve to dry the material after heating the inner body of the tank.
7. After the drying is completed, open the discharge valve to discharge the material. After the discharge is completed, turn off the main operation button and cut off the power.
