Product Application

Uniform fluidization greatly reduces energy consumption, wear between particles and dust entrainment; uniform distribution of material residence time can be considered as "piston flow", and residence time is easy to adjust and control, so very ideal moisture content of products can be obtained.

Working principle
Vibrating fluidized bed means applying mechanical vibration to the fluidized bed. Adjust the vibration parameters so that the normal fluidized bed with severe backmixing can obtain ideal plug flow in continuous operation. At the same time, due to the introduction of vibration.
The material enters the machine from the vibrating and fluidized feed port. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the screen plate upward from the lower box and exchanges heat with the wet material. , the wet air is discharged from the exhaust port after being dedusted by the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port.
