This mixer is a horizontal positive and negative spiral forced force type. The two inner and outer endless belts push the material axially in opposite directions from the left and right sides to cause convection, shear and diffusion of the materials to achieve uniform mixing.

This machine is widely used in the mixing of various elements in vegetable processing, seasoning, food, chemical, medicine, feed and other industries.

Working principle:

The outer ribbon push the material from the two ends to the centre, inner ribbon push the material from center to the two ends.Thus to achieve material convention.The discharging port is set in the bottom centre, with the help of the outer ribbon,the material can be discharged completely, and no dead zone.
