Drying equipment is also called dryer and dryer. Equipment used for drying operation, which vaporizes and escapes the moisture in the material by heating, so as to obtain a solid material with a specified moisture content. The purpose of drying is to meet the needs of material use or further processing. For example, drying of wood before wood molds and woodware can prevent product deformation, and drying of ceramic blanks before calcination can prevent finished products from cracking. In addition, the dried material is also convenient for transportation and storage, such as drying the harvested grain below a certain moisture content to prevent mildew. Since natural drying is far from meeting the needs of production development, various mechanized dryers have been used more and more widely.
So what fields can drying equipment be used in?
1. Petrochemical: polymerization, condensation, distillation, melting, dehydration.
2. Oil industry: fatty acid distillation, oil decomposition, concentration, esterification, vacuum deodorization.
3. Synthetic fiber industry: polymerization, melting, spinning, stretching, drying.
4. Textile printing and dyeing: heat setting, drying, heat volume dyeing.
5. Plastic and rubber industry: hot pressing, calendering, extrusion, vulcanization molding.
