Operating Procedure
The drying material is distributed to the trays by the customer and put the trays on trolley one by one, then sending them into the oven . The size of stainless steel tray is 460*640*45. Next, find the control panel and turn on the circulating fan and heater, set the drying temperature and time, and the machine will start to work. Fresh air will continuously enter the oven, with the U-shaped heating pipe, most of the hot air is cycling in the fully enclosed oven, so as to achieve energy saving and high efficiency. During the drying process, a large amount of moisture will be generated, which requires the customer to open the top moisture outlet and set the moisture release time. The whole drying process is convenient, quick and easy to operate.
Application
The hot air curculation dryer is widely used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction industry, electronic industry and so on. This dryer is especially suitable for drying the materials that have a good breathability and shaped as pieces, strips, or granules. It is also applicable to dry the pasted materials such as filter cake after shaped by granulator or extruder.

Dehydrated Vegetables, Granulated Feed, Monosodium Glutamate, Coconut, Organic Pigments, Synthetic Rubber, Acrylic Fiber, Medicines, Herbs, Wooden Products, Plastic Products, Electronic Elements (Aging and Curing) etc.

Main Feature

2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130 ℃ , Max.140 ℃ .
3. Electricity and far infrared:50-300 ℃ .Automatic control system and computer control system on request.
4. Commonly used steam pressure 0.2-0.8 Mpa(2-8 bar).
5. For CT-C-I, electric heated, rated power consumption:15 Kw, real consumption : 5-8 Kw.
6. The special requirements should be indicated at the time of order.

8. For operation temperature of over 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃ , please indicate when order.
