Operating Procedure

The drying material is distributed to the trays by the customer and put the trays on trolley one by one, then sending them into the oven . The size of stainless steel tray is 460*640*45.

Next, find the control panel and turn on the circulating fan and heater, set the drying temperature and time, and the machine will start to work. Fresh air will continuously enter the oven, with the U-shaped heating pipe, most of the hot air is cycling in the fully enclosed oven, so as to achieve energy saving and high efficiency. During the drying process, a large amount of moisture will be generated, which requires the customer to open the top moisture outlet and set the moisture release time. The whole drying process is convenient, quick and easy to operate.
