1. The principle of work

2. Features

. Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenient in maintenance. The noise is low and the life is long.
. The state of fluidization is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon. Therefore the dried, cool can be got.
. It is good in adjustment and width in field of application. The thickness of raw material and the speed of raw material to be moved inside the machine and the change of vibration breadth can be realized through steeples.
. It is small to damage the surface of raw material, so it can be used for raw materials that are easy broken. If the granule is not normal, the effect of process can not be effected.
. Because of adapting the structure of fully seat, it is effective to prevent from the cross pollution of raw materials and the working environment is clean.
. Basically the drying time is on average, the staying time is short, and the thickness of fluidized bed is also very short, 2-5cm.
